DOUGLAS CLINE is the immediate past president of the ISFSI and was the George D. Post Instructor of the Year for 2000. He is a 40-year veteran of the fire service. Cline is the assistant chief with Horry County (SC) Fire Rescue. He hosts Fire Engineering’s BlogTalk radio show "Fire and Training." He has a bachelor's degree in social work and education from Concord University.
